We are a fee-based Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) to institutional investors, such as retirement funds, endowments, foundations, and operating funds at both non-profit and for-profit enterprises.

Based in Cleveland and founded in 2019, we provide clients with investment scale by providing access to a global network of investment managers, asset classes and unique opportunities. We add value by sorting through complexities, leveraging opportunities, and identifying resources that ensure fiduciary needs are met, so you’re in the best position for the future demands.

As a minority owned firm, our counsel gains distinct synergies from our close alignment with our subadvisor Clearstead. Founded in 1989 and also headquartered in Cleveland, Clearstead is an independent investment advisory firm that is employee owned and managed. They advise approximately $20 billion in client assets, including over 125 institutional clients, representing approximately $16.5 billion. They complement our services with governance best practices, asset allocation studies, investment research, model portfolio solutions, customized portfolio solutions, and performance reporting.
